Thomas Marrazza is a highly qualified and experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over 30 years.
During his career, Thomas has successfully acquired and managed a wide range of residential and commercial development projects both in the Bahamas and the United States. His focus on luxury residential development led to the creation of a contracting company in 1983 that played a vital role in the creation of exclusive private homes in various residential communities in Southern New Jersey.
Thomas' involvement in these large-scale projects demonstrates his ability to manage complex real estate projects and consistently deliver exceptional results.
In 2004, Thomas founded a Miami brokerage firm known for its outstanding sales record of the city’s most luxurious properties. The company’s success is a testament to Thomas’s industry knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Thomas is currently the proud founder and principal owner of a luxury boutique hotel and is developing several projects on the island, including La Boug Hotel & Villas.
